Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Vision IT solution ("Ready live"), we aim to deliver services that meet or exceed your expectations. This policy explains the conditions for cancellations and refunds.
Timeframes
- Before project kickoff: 100% refund of any advance payments, minus payment gateway fees if applicable.
- After kickoff / during delivery: prorated refund based on work completed and resources reserved.
- Post-delivery: refunds are typically not available; we will address defects under agreed warranty/support terms.
Eligibility
- Active engagement with a signed proposal or statement of work (SOW).
- All client obligations (e.g., access, content, approvals) met up to date.
- No material breach of the agreement by the client.
How to Request
- Email contact@vision247.live from your registered address with the subject "Refund Request".
- Include the project name, invoice number(s), and reason for the request.
- We review within 7 business days and respond with the outcome and next steps.
Payments
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or provider.
